I became an active member of the Junior League in 2007. While my initial reason for joining was to volunteer and give back to my community, I never imagined that the League would provide me with valuable training and afford me the opportunity to work with so many talented women who share my desire to make a difference. I have served on various committees, most recently as Impact Fresno Chair. I attended Pitzer College where I graduated with a degree in Organizational Studies & Psychology and hold a MPA degree from National University. In my free time I love to entertain and cook for my large extended family. I have been married to my wonderful college sweetheart Kelvin for 25 years and the mother of a daughter and son both attending colleges in California.

I am honored to be the 2010- 2011 President Elect of the Junior League of Fresno, Inc. My ultimate goal for the Junior League of Fresno is to keep our League moving forward, in doing this The Junior League of Fresno, Inc. will afford our daughters, nieces and the women of our community the same great opportunities it has offered me – the opportunity to develop my potential, promote voluntarism, improve our communities and to build lifelong friendships
