FROM THE PRESIDENT
2025-2026 Update
Message from the President
Welcome to the Junior League of Fresno! I am honored and excited to serve as President of this remarkable organization—one that has been making a positive impact in our community for nearly a century. The Junior League of Fresno is built on a legacy of service, leadership, and collaboration, and it is my privilege to work alongside such passionate and dedicated women.
Our mission has always been to promote volunteerism, develop the potential of women, and improve the community through the effective action and leadership of trained volunteers. Over the years, the Junior League of Fresno has initiated and supported countless projects, from health and education initiatives to advocacy efforts that strengthen families and neighborhoods. Each endeavor reflects our continued commitment to addressing the evolving needs of our community.
My vision is to build upon our legacy by:
1. Fostering Leadership and Growth
We are dedicated to providing our members with the training and experiences they need to become confident, effective leaders. By investing in one another, we cultivate the potential of women to influence positive change—both within our organization and beyond.
2. Strengthening Community Partnerships
Strong relationships are at the heart of impactful service. We will continue to work closely with local nonprofits, businesses, and community leaders to create programs that make a meaningful difference in Fresno. Together, we can broaden our reach and ensure a lasting impact on the issues that matter most.
3. Welcoming New Members and Perspectives
We believe that everyone has a unique skill set and voice, and we want to hear yours. Whether you are new to the area, looking to give back, or seeking personal and professional development opportunities, we invite you to join us. Our diversity of experience, background, and thought is what fuels innovative ideas and sustained community solutions.
4. Deepening Our Impact
Through hands-on volunteering, fundraising, and advocacy, we’ll continue to address critical needs in our community. By leveraging our resources and embracing new opportunities, we aim to create an even stronger, healthier, and more vibrant Fresno.
As we look ahead, I am reminded of the countless women who came before us—trailblazers who laid the foundation for the Junior League of Fresno’s success. Their commitment, resilience, and passion inspire our present-day efforts. I’m proud to stand alongside our members, supporters, and community partners, and I am eager to see what we can achieve together.
