Our History

For over sixty years, women in the Junior League of Fresno have given back to the community and have also given women opportunities to be volunteers and grow as civic leaders. Junior League of Fresno, Inc. (JLF) has trained thousands of women, given countless volunteer hours and built and supported several nonprofit organizations that are responsible for providing services to improve the lives of all who live in Fresno County.

Throughout our history, JLF has addressed important issues in our community ranging from accessibility to preventative health care, nutrition and childhood obesity, foster care and drug abuse prevention education. JLF is excited to share our more than 60-year history and we are looking forward to continuing to train the women of Fresno to be the next generation of civic leaders and volunteers.
